What are the Assessment & Development Centers?
Assessment Centre is a multi-method selection tool specifically designed to assess preliminary defined competencies that are essential to be successful in a given role. Assessment centers are designed to simulate the business environment based on concept that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour, increasing the predictive validity of the evaluation process.

What does Assessment & Development Centers include?
Assessment/Development Center program is developed based on competencies that will be evaluated & seniority level of participants. Depending on the client’s needs Assessment Center program that we offer includes combination of following assessment tools:
º Business Cases (Analysis & Presentation, In-tray, Managerial role play, Commercial role play, Group Discussion)
º Competency based Interview
º Psychometric testing (personality questionnaire, reasoning ability tests (numerical, verbal, abstract reasoning)
