How do we deliver graduate recruitment services for our clients
At the first stage we define together with our client purpose of graduate recruitment campaign, target candidates’ profile, competencies, project timeframes and expected outcome. Based on targets and candidate profile we develop & align with client graduate recruitment campaign strategy: communication strategy, attraction tools that will be utilized (target universities/faculties, youth organizations, social media) and selected stages/tools.
Depending on the scale of the project and target candidate profile we utilize various tools to attract graduates in such key domains as:
Internet promo – social media, on-line job search resources & communities for students, articles about graduate recruitment project in media, mailings
Cooperation with youth organization such as AIESEC, ENACTUS (SIFE), FLEX/IREX, BEST

We take responsibility for development and print of program promo materials preliminary aligning them with client.
Together with the client we build structure of selection process, which includes:
οscreening of application forms
° psychometric testing (personality test and reasoning ability tests)
° competency based and motivational interviews
° assessment center (including group discussion/business game, analysis & presentation case)
At this stage we provide client with regular progress reports and statistics on each selection stage and present finally selected candidates’ profiles with summary of strengths and development areas.
We coordinate and facilitate final interviews of selected candidates with client representatives (business functions leaders’ interview, panel interviews) and provide support with finalizing job offers.
We follow up performance of our placed graduates by staying in close contact with the client.
