How do we develop Assessment cases for our clients?
At this stage we discuss key purpose of assessment cases that are to be developed, the way they will be further used in the company, seniority level of employees that will be evaluated with these tools, competencies that be evaluated by this cases. Project team with representatives of business functions is created at this stage.
Depending on the client’s needs following types of cases can be developed:

Together with business functions’ and HR representatives we select specific industry/functional problems, typical business situation that become the ground base for development of assessment cases.
Afterwards consultants transform and adjust this background information to the format of each specific assessment case developing unique content of the case. In addition to cases themselves we develop well-detailed assessor’s manuals and observations forms to evaluate selected comepetencies in each case.
We make test-drive of all our cases in order to make sure they meet initial goals sets and provide right quality of information to evaluate competencies. We calibrate cases to the seniority level of participants.
After test drive we make necessary adjustments to cases, manuals and observation forms and pass them to our clients by providing a few-days training on assessment methodology & new cases.
With certain regularity we follow up the way our cases are ‘working” and meet client’s expectations.
