How do we deliver HR recruitment services for our clients
At this stage we analyze and clarify with client content of the job and ideal candidate profile in terms of professional skills & competencies. Based on this profile we develop & align with client search strategy.
We utilize various instruments to find candidates meeting the ideal profile – direct search, LinkedIn, professional communities, recommendations, candidates’ database, network.
We evaluate candidates’ professional background, competencies and motivation by phone, one-to-one (biographical, competency-based and motivational) interview, reference check. We update client with progress report to keep updated with search status.
We present to client 3-5 short-listed candidates with detailed description of their profile, skills, motivation and salary expectations and arrange client interviews.
In order to help our clients make final choice we can also offer for such evaluation tools as personality testing (hyperlink here for Psytech) and Assessment Center for finally selected candidates (hyperlink here to Service – Assessment Center)
We provide support at job offer negotiation stage with finally selected candidate.
We follow up the way our placed candidate integrates to the team and performs by maintaining regular contact with both client and candidate. Guarantee period we give for placed candidate is 3-6 months depending on seniority of the role.
