Marina Dmitrenko, Finance & Admin Manager
‘We have cooperated with Uliana Morokhovskaya on outplacement services. Uliana is responsible, well-organized, polite, customer-oriented professional and this is the way in which she builds cooperation with the client and delivers the project. What I would like to highlight most – deep knowledge of the subject, flexibility in meeting client’s needs (content of the program was adjusted according to client’s requirements, we were offered options to increase efficiency of the program), training program was well-structured. We had 2 training sessions on job-hunting with further follow up on CV re-design. For 90% of participants the training exceeded expectations. I would recommend Uliana Morokhovskaya, SWP Partner as reliable and client-focused provider’.
