Our cooperation with participant starts with introductory meeting with consultant who will be dedicated to work with this participant, and includes: discussion of the program, timelines, and expectations from both sides, job market overview. During first meeting consultant clarifies participant’s further career plans and aspirations, expectations in terms of future employers and preferable positions/industries.

Participant receives detailed work book with practical tips and tasks that are completed during the training & afterwards
At this stage participant is put through the Assessment Center to identify strong competencies and areas for development. As the result of Assessment Center participant receives extended individual report describing his/her strengths, development areas, recommendations for development & advice how to perform better in each type of cases used during assessment. Results of Assessment center are discussed during personal feedback session with consultant.
Based on information gathered during previous stages consultant develops customized job search strategy for participant, prepares and shares with participant during the meeting information about job market trends & situation in specific participant’s business/functional area, recommended resources for effective job search
Participant’s CV in Russian/Ukrainian and English is re-designed, fine-tuned and aligned with job search strategy. Also consultant provides support at drafting cover letter and other templates which could be needed during job hunting.
To feel confident when passing interviews with potential employers participants gets opportunity to prepare for interview during real-life interview practice getting feedback & advice how to answer different kind of questions. We practice in biographical, competency-based, motivation and case interview in Russian/Ukrainian and English language.
As soon as all documents are finalized (CV, cover letter) participant and consultant start CV mailing stage. Depending on profile of the participant CV is sent for open job opportunities, to companies that could be potentially interesting as employers, executive search agencies, recruitment agencies, participant’s professional network.
