Outplacement services: job-hunting training
CLIENT`S REQUEST
Hochland, FMCG sector company, one of the largest cheese producers in Europe, was forced to close office in Ukraine due to difficult economic situation. This affected both field sales staff and administrative office employees (customer service, accounting & finance, IT, logistics).
SWP service provided
In order to provide support to employees who were made redundant due to closer of Ukrainian office, SWP has developed and provided customized training session on effective job hunting skills, which covered all aspects related to effective job search (employment market overview, job search resources (including LinkedIn, recruitment and executive search agencies), CV, cover letter, recommendation letters, passing interview (dos & don’ts, types of interviews), testing and assessment center, job offer negotiations). Participants of training sessions also received post-training support in CV redesign.
Outcomes
Participants of training sessions received up-to-date information of effective job hunting and were more prepared for job search process. Participants gave positive feedback on the content of the training and support provided, for majority of participants training sessions exceeded their expectations.
